Remarks & Notes
A southbound Danbury Branch train cruises past the old station at Bethel, now home to the Broken Symmetry Gastro Brewery. Metro-North moved their Bethel station to roomier digs about a half-mile north of here. Note the catenary supports left over from the days of New Haven Railroad electrification; the wires were dropped in 1961 in favor of using the road's unique dual-mode FL9s on the route.
