Big Nose, Big Smell. CSX 5491 (ES40DC) leads train Q627 through Randall, New York by MP NY 193 on the afternoon of Wednesday, January 6, 2021. But the irony is in the details, as the mountain of the background is called "Big Nose" and the cars behind the engine are loaded with refuse.
