The fire fighting and rescue train "LRZ 14" (LRZ = Lösch- und Rettungszug) with leading Xtmas 9174 # 022, is on a training run from Airolo to Rivera-Bironico, between Claro and Castione-Arbedo on the Gotthard line. This 4 car train, based in Biasca, has to cover the Gotthard mountain line, Ceneri mountain line, GBT and CBT. Next LRZs are based in Erstfeld and Melide.
