In a rare sight, both BNSF and UP's locals are switching their respective interchanges with Chevron's in plant switching operation in El Segundo. On the left, BNSF's "748" relief job, the Y-WAT1041-19I, begins to shove their inbounds off the Harbor Sub and into the yard. On the right, UP's LOW20 "El Segundo Local" makes a switching move of their own with an SP painted GP40-2 leader. The bridge in the background is LA Metro's C/Green Line Light Rail route from Norwalk to Redondo Beach.
