Good Timing. The Chapel Hill (800043) held the markers on Amtrak Train 290 (Ethan Allen Express) on Monday, December 14, 2020, as seen in New York's Penn Station. This classic former Chesapeake & Ohio Railway observation car has undergone a substantial rebuild in recent years, and joined the American Association of Private Railroad Car Owners, Inc. trip to Vermont in 2020.
