The evening switcher at Waterloo is in the process of running around their stuff at the interchange to begin to do the local stuff on the Alter Lead. Meanwhile Mother Nature is beating the Iowa landscape with her wrath. As the rain pours the sun pops out on the edge of the storm producing a double rainbow.
