| Wisconsin Central 1550 and 1552 pair up at North Fond Du Lac, both in the pine tree scheme. However, 1552 received the paint using the newer dulux gold instead of the older cream used on 1550. No. 1550 was built as SSW 2487 in January 1968. No. 1552 was built for Minn. Tfr. RR. in April 1969 with regular AAR switcher trucks. It was converted to Blomberg trucks matching other WC SW1500s. |
