Amtrak's Empire Builder passengers enjoy the colorful foliage along the Mississippi River Valley as train 8 heads east near Maple Springs, MN along the shore of Lake Pepin. Sunny weather gave way to clouds and wind, but a couple of brave fishermen continued to attemp their sport, bobbing around on the lake, luckily not too far from shore.
