GP40 no. 2085 shares space at Genessee & Wyoming's Rapid City, Pierre & Eastern roundhouse at Huron, SD. The bright orange colors replace a long line of history at this location. Prior owner Dakota Minnesota & Eastern had a colorful fleet of EMDs, while this terminal previously kept Chicago & North Western's aging Alco fleet alive.
