Remarks & Notes

A northbound CN freight rolls through Atwood, WI with a surprise on the rear, albeit backwards. NP 390, a former North Coast Limited observation car named the Rainier Club, was heading north with a fresh coat of paint. Windows still carried their masking. Assumably this was headed to Duluth, MN.
