| 483 008 calls at Ryde St Johns Road with the 18:07 Ryde Pier Head - Shanklin. The class 483's, formed of ex-1938 London Underground Tube stock are in their very final months of operation on the Isle of Wight where they have worked since 1989, far exceeding their expected life span. In December the line will close for three months ready to re-open in 2021 with new(er) trains in the form of the 'D Train'- this time originating from 1978 built underground 'D Stock'.
