| "Amtrak Avelia Liberty at Harrison, NJ"
Amtrak's brand new Alstom Avelia Liberty (Acela 21) highspeed trainset passes the Harrison, NJ PATH Station while heading towards GATE Interlocking on the Northeast Corridor.
GATE Interlocking is where the overhead electric catenary system changes from 12kV/25Hz to 12.5kV/60Hz. This test run was to ensure the onboard systems on the powercars seamlessly changed over between the two systems.
