| Another edition of a daylight run of the Manhattan local is seen here passing the signals that protect the coach yard from the mainline. This time NS 4711 was turned and now leads the train north Short Hood forward. With the change from the Calumet-originating BH45 to the Landers-originating BS50, it has appeared that the local runs after Metra rush hour much more often, so far 4 times in the past 6 months, while BH45 only had 1 in 2 years |
