| CN 2027 with taconite pellets from the Minorca mine is crossing over the former Duluth Missabe and Northern (DM&N) then it was the DMIR and now it's the CN bridge along the CN Iron Range Sub for Two Harbors, MN. In the foreground, a St. Louis County crew is in the process of dismantling the former Duluth and Iron Range (D&IR) railroad bridge built in 1937 that carried the Z Branch and which was abandoned in 1972. |
