Not a Safety Cab in Sight! A ballast train passes through Victorville, on BNSF Railway’s Cajon Sub, with a colorful consist. BNSF SD40-2 6933 (ex-ATSF 5181) is teamed with CEFX SD60 6001 (ex-SOO 6001), BNSF SD40-2 6775 (ex-BN 6775), BNSF "SD40-2" 6967 (ex-BNSF 7307, originally CN SD40 5031) and BNSF Dash 8-40B 8605 (ex-ATSF 7415). Meanwhile, in the yard are BNSF "SD40-2R" 7951 (ex-BNSF 6500, ex-ATSF "SD40-2u" 5850, ex-ATSF SD45-2 5645) and BNSF SD40-2 6872 (ex-ATSF 5144) awaiting their next assignment.
