CSX K442 makes its way by Lakepoint in Emerson in the early evening hours on the final day of July, 2020. Even up through last year, it wasn't that uncommon to see CSX assign SD40-2 leaders for road trains, but with the frequency of these occurrences dropping in 2020, I gladly dropped my chase of NS 125 with Catfish 1801 leading once I heard that this was leaving Tilford to get this increasingly rare catch on a Class 1.
