| Looper. BNSF Railway 4230 (ES44C4) leads a four pack of orange GEVOs and a lengthy double-stack train of containers out of Tehachapi Loop in Tehachapi, California on the afternoon of July 23, 2020. The loop is approximately 3/4 miles long over which distance it changes 77 feet in elevation. Declared a National Historic Civil Engineering Landmark in 1998, it attracts as many fans today as ever. |
