Don't even try to stop it. The Fillmore & Western Railway is known for being the location of the filming of many movies, useful because of its long stretches of desolate track far from population centers and its proximity to Hollywood's Studios. The cab is the remnant of AC44CW 767, which was used for the 2010 movie “Unstoppable", (ex-Allegheny and West Virginia Railroad 767, neé Canadian Pacific 9758). AWVR was the fictional railroad in the movie, which was filmed on both the Western New York & Pennsylvania and Wheeling and Lake Erie Railroads. But the cab is actually a replica, while the real CP 9758 is still in service. Other units used in the movie were leased from W&LE. Since arriving here, it has had its other markings removed.
