L536 (Glenn-Kirk) started out at Glenn Yard with a trio of CN GE's. Then, for reasons unknown, an EJ&E SD38-2 was added to the point. #657 is seen here at 39th Street, continuing its southbound journey through the city after meeting northbound M337. A number of sail boats were out on Lake Michigan, enjoying the sunny weather. Getting a well lit EJ&E photo with the Chicago skyline has been a goal of mine since the merger with CN in 2009.
