Progress Rail 7209 (EMDX 7209, SD70ACe-T4) makes even the KCS "Southern Belle" scheme seem subdued as the mixed lashup sits near the New Orleans Public Belt Railroad offices in New Orleans, Louisiana on Thursday, July 16, 2020. This area is always a sea of colors with engines from the NOPB and six Class I freight railroads that serve the city.
