| In May of 2015 Norfolk Southern’s Juniata Shops painted EMD SD60E 9-1-1 into a special livery honoring our country's first responders. The locomotive is leading train 956 on its maiden run from Altoona, PA to Spencer, NC, and is headed onto the Lurgan Branch at CP-Paxton in Harrisburg. |
