With a former EMDX leaser SD40-2 on the point, Wheeling and Lake Erie coke train 389 rounds the bend at Willis Road in Horning, Pennsylvania and struggles upgrade. With only 3 of the 4 units online, including one with half the traction motors cut out, the train would stall on the hill shortly after passing.
