Burlington Northern GP9 No. 1858 and Fort Worth & Denver caboose No. 185 are assigned to local service at Mendota, Illinois, and wait for their next call of duty on the night of August 24, 1991. BN No. 1848 was built in 1955 as Northern Pacific No. 232.
