Remarks & Notes

Burlington Northern F9A 770 leads train 126 at Northtown Yard in Minneapolis March 1974. The 770 was built as Northern Pacific 6701-A in August 1956 and was numbered in the passenger number series after the BN merger, hence the hockey stick white stripe on the 770. Note the big spark arrestors on the GN F Unit in the consist. Unknown Photographer Photo from my Collection.
