On the Station Track: For many years, NJT 6431 upon arriving in Gladstone, would not take the station track. Rather, it would take Yard Track 2 North (pictured at the far left) and let passengers disembark at the grade crossing. Sometime in the mid-2010s, this practice ended. Here, NJT 6431 is taking the Station Track through Gladstone Yard into Gladstone Station. After dropping off its passengers, it would then conduct a reserve move to East Gladstone and then yard the train. Also of note: June 21st was the longest day of the year in 2017.
