"Amtrak Avelia Liberty Departs Philly" Amtrak's brand new Alstom Avelia Liberty (Acela 21) highspeed trainset heads south from Penn Coach Yard in Philadelphia heading towards Washington D.C. This would be trainset's first trip on the Northeast Corridor south of Philadelphia.
