Fresh out of the The Wisconsin and Southern’s Paint Facility in Horicon, Wisconsin, on September 17, 1995, is the first Wisconsin Central EMD F45 to be repainted, No. 6650. WC bought six F45s and one FP45 from the Santa Fe in 1994-95; WC No. 6650 was former Santa Fe No. 5955.
