Remarks & Notes
"Nines at Chesler Plywood" Long Island Rail Road's M9 Test Train heads east past the Chesler Plywood Lead in New Hyde Park on it's way to Ronkonkoma. This track featured a handful of customers in the past, the most recent being New Hyde Oil just a couple years ago, but all are either no longer in business or do not utilize rail service currently due to other reasons. All that remains on the track are three Conrail boxcars which were purchased from a scrapper and spotted on this track sometime in the 1980s before that portion of track was severed from the rest of the lead. They serve as storage space for the current lessees of the building.
