Stars and stripes, forever. Amtrak 237 featured not one but two Phase III painted P32AC-DMs (711/701) on the afternoon of Wednesday, May 6, 2020. The Kawasaki Factory in Yonkers, NY provides the appropriate background with a gigantic American flag. Both PATH and MTA LIRR both have cars presently being produced at the factory. The seasonal foliage obscures the fact that this is a four car train, a concession to the severely decreased ridership of recent weeks.
