A solid set of Norfolk Southern power off last night's Union Pacific Expedited Intermodal train Z-AILC-27, which arrived in Los Angeles from Atlanta after dark – with NS’s "Wabash Heritage" unit, SD70ACe 1070, on the point. The power was sent to the UP's Dolores Locomotive Facility for servicing, and now these locomotives are awaiting their next assignment – an eastbound intermodal train from the Los Angeles/Long Beach Harbor due to depart southern California at 8:00 pm (20:00), with NS 4197 on the point.
