The crew has arrived as the power for Montana Rail Link’s Paradise Local waits across the main line from the Paradise depot on the morning of September 22, 2006. After a little more paperwork, and some switching of cars in the yard, the local will head off to St. Regis to service Tricon Timber. MRL No. 651 was rebuilt by the railroad in April 1991 from MRL SD9 No. 601, a former EJ&E unit, and is now labeled a SD19-1.
