Remarks & Notes
An empty oil train bound for the CP at Noyes, MN, rolls pass the retired ex-Santa Fe signal bridge west of Fort Madison. This bridge and the one at New Boston were 2 signal bridges in this area that held out til late 2019. Alot of the Santa Fe signal system was replaced in 2011-2012 on the Marceline Sub (other than a few odds an ends). Guess we knew it was a matter of time before it was all gone! Glad I able to get the bridge still standing on this trip cause I am sure as it warms up you wont even know there was anything Santa Fe here.
