Pulling an eastbound passenger special, Union Pacific No. 844 sails across the bridge over West Bijou Creek at Byers, Colorado, on a blustery April 28, 2006. This train is traveling over UP’s Limon Subdivision, also known as the Kansas Pacific, or KP for short.
