The Grandest Of The D&H. On the afternoon of Monday, October 29, 2018 Canadian Pacific Office Car Special 41B with 1401 (ex-CN 6541, FP9A), 4106 (ex-CN 6515, FP9A), and 4107 (ex-CN 6526, FP9A) lead an 11 car train up the former Delaware and Hudson Railway from Kenwood Yard, making its first stop at the historic Plattsburgh Station. The Amtrak Adirondack stops here daily, but the sole round trip is a fraction of the former passenger schedule to this upstate New York city. This was the first time that the CP inspection train has visited the D&H in 28 years of controlling the railroad.
