| Train 134 conveys billet steel from New Zealand Steel Mission Bush mill to the steel reinforcing plant at Otahuhu. The DL class was built to KiwiRail specifications by CNR Dalian in China from 2010 and is the most powerful diesel electric locomotive on the roster at 3500Hp. They are generally well liked by drivers but not so much by rail fans. |
