Remarks & Notes

On the morning of July 26, 1996, a Southern Pacific coal train passes through the Missouri Pacific signals on the west side of the town of Haswell, Colorado. SP used the Rio Grande route over Tennessee Pass and this former MoPac line east toward Kansas City as part of its “Central Corridor” of operations.
