| On a gloomy winter morning in the Steptoe Valley, Nevada Northern's 4-6-0 #40 is on the main line from Cobre approaching Hi Line Junction with a mixed train headed to Ely. The Hi Line tracks which run to the former smelter in McGill are in the foreground.
