| The sun is shining on the morning of the first day of March as CSX intermodal Q020 speeds by Erie Union Station. Designed by famed architects Fellheimer and Wagner and opened in 1927 this station served the New York Central and Pennsylvania Railroads. While it was once served by more than 20 daily trains, the only train that calls at the platform today is Amtrak's Lakeshore Limited, once daily in each direction. |
