The former Great Northern depot at Mora, MN shows off its Big Sky Blue trim two years after the BN merger. It eventually got BN green trim, and still stands today although the track is now gone. Ten years earlier this was the location of my first locomotive ride, GN SD9 no. 592. BN handled through traffic on this line from St. Cloud to Brook Park, MN after the merger, but cut service back, turned the line from Mora to Brook Park over to a short line, which later abandoned it.
