| SCIH 31, an original Chicago Short Line SW1500, pulls a short train out of ArcelorMittal as it passes the BP Whiting Refinery. The CSL was founded in 1900 and operated until 2003 when they got a new owner. Now known as the SCIH and owned by Mittal, nothing has really changed at all with these guys. |
