The New(ly Painted) Kid On The Block. Pan Am Railways C40-8 7523 (ex-CSX 7523) sits in Rotterdam, NY on the night on Wednesday, February 5, 2020 having arrived that morning on EDRJ. Although they have been with Pan Am for several years, painting for this group of engines only began in quantity recently.
