W&W 0-6-0 58 makes from my opinion a rare appearance on a holiday excursion through the suburbs outside of Wilmington Delaware.
in reference to the photo this was in fact a stitched image of two photos, the waterfall, done as a long exposure, and the train as it passes over the bridge.
