| Exchanging loads for empties.. The Kanawha Eagle shifter navigates the ex-Winifrede Railroad yard tracks in Chesapeake after spotting outbound loads. Soon, the GP38-2s will grab ahold of another set of empties and return to Winifrede hollow for loading. |
