Remarks & Notes 
The Reading RS-3 that rests with a short "period" consist adjacent to Steamtown looks like it can use a new coat of paint. This unit was delivered to the Reading Company in 1952 and was classified as an RS-1b (with the "b" denoting steam generator-equipped).
