| Moments after meeting its 3 hour late counterpart, a 16 1/2 hour late Amtrak 11 passes Metrolink's Central Maintenance Facility at Taylor Yard. Leading the way is Phase IV painted 184 with a P40DC behind it. This edition of the southbound Coast Starlight suffered a variety of issues on their trip down. |
