DRGW K-36 #487 lifts a photo freight up the 4% grade of Cumbres Pass. Watching a steam train climb the steep grade on a crisp morning is one of the most spectacular railfan events a person can experience. The freight yards of Chama and the mountain railroad to Antonito remain stuck in 1955.... Pretty Darn Cool!
