| "Stammnetzpendelzug" (commuter push-pull train for the main network) Be 4/4 # 514 with cab car ABDt # 1714 in the rear is running the S 1 service 1512 from Rhäzüns to Schiers, between Landquart Ried and Landquart. This timeless elegant trains were built in 1971 and were then Switzerland's first series-produced traction units with continuously variable electronic power control (phase-angle control by means of thyristors). |
