Like so many others, I was out at Union Station Kansas City Inc. on Sunday night to watch the arrival of Union Pacific's Big Boy. After cutting its train in half, the 4014 backed onto one of Union Station's exhibition tracks, to the delight of the assembled masses.
A continuously growing album of photos that IMHO reveal the awesome and seldom-seen beauty of the railroad world from the dimming of day to dawn's early light! From dusk to dawn, trains roll on! (I'm still finding gems of sunset-to-sunrise surprises!)
