| Hitachi built bi-mode highspeed train (125 mph) class 802 # 206 of the TransPennine Express (TPE), branded "Nova 1", is leaving Edinburgh Waverley station as 3N11 (empty rolling stock) to Newcastle. TPE will get 19 of this 5 car trains, which are part of the Hitachi AT300 product family (# 802 201–802 219). They are built in the Kasado factory /Japan (bodyshells) and Pistoia/Italy (assembling). |
