| Since Mojave Road into Afton Canyon was flooded, we had to take the back route into the canyon. Because of this (or the fact that it was a Tuesday afternoon) we had the canyon virtually to ourselves besides 5 small aircraft that joined us by actually landing in the wash. Moving at around 20mph, we had plenty of time to enjoy the sights and sounds of the Big Boy entering the canyon. |
